Build the site, open registration

You start from a site template or a blank page, lay out the programme, open registration and write to participants. Nothing is public until you publish, and the live version stays put while you prepare the next one.

Pages and blocks

A block-based builder, eight themes and site templates (conference, trade show, seminar, evening event, online, festival). The preview shows the page exactly as visitors will see it.

  • Drag-and-drop builder, site templates, ready-made sections
  • Publishing as immutable versions: history, rollback, restore
  • Subdomain included, custom domain possible
  • Google title and description set page by page
  • More than fifty block types, eight themes and a decor setting

  • Triggers: registration, confirmation, badge scanned, form submitted, workshop booked, start of a session or of the event, fixed date
  • Actions: send an email, post a news item, book a workshop, record an answer, call a web address, wait

Welcome, engage, stream

On the day, the front desk scans badges on their phones, the room votes and asks questions, and the video goes out on the site or your social channels. In the control room, you see what is ready, what comes next and what is on screen.

Badges and check-in

On the day, on a phone, at the door: one scan, a name on screen, a list that updates for the whole team.

  • Online badge scanning on a phone, badge printing on arrival
  • Workshop check-in session by session
  • Live list for the whole front-desk team
  • A “front desk” role that checks people in and changes nothing
  • Certificate of attendance by link and by email, verifiable through its QR code
  • Freely designed badge templates, printed in batches or at a self-service kiosk

Live interactivity

Polls, questions, reactions, chat, word cloud, timed quiz with a podium, and prize draws. Results and questions are projected in the room and overlaid on the live picture.

  • Seven formats: poll, audience Q&A, quiz, word cloud, ranking, reactions, chat
  • Identity per interaction: anonymous, nickname or participant
  • Moderation before publishing for questions
  • Screens for the stage, the host’s tablet and the teleprompter
  • Timed quiz, a podium scored on speed or accuracy, prize draws announced on screen

Live Studio

A video control room in the browser: camera, screen share, titles, remote guests and interpreters by link, and a recording sent to the replay. Streams to the site, YouTube, LinkedIn or the platform of your choice.

  • Hot-swappable sources, screen sharing, guests by link
  • Grid, spotlight, picture-in-picture, speaker follow
  • Lower thirds, logo, background, picture-in-picture video
  • Streaming to any platform that accepts RTMP (YouTube, LinkedIn, Vimeo…), through a relay
  • Remote interpreters: each language goes out on its own stream, and the visitor picks theirs
  • Recording of the Programme output, sent to the replay when the live stream ends
Learn more

Paid live and replays

One price to watch a live channel, another for each replay. The visitor sees a lock, signs in and pays; the video stays protected at the video provider.

  • One price per live channel, paid once for the event
  • One price per replay, followed by its versions in other languages
  • Bought by a signed-in participant, video protected by a signed address
  • Organization members watch without paying
  • Same VAT, same invoice and same refund as a ticket
Learn more

Team inbox

  • “Message the team” bubble on every page of the site, disabled by default
  • Open to visitors without an account if you enable it
  • Unanswered, Mine and Unassigned views, search through the messages
  • Internal notes the participant never sees
  • “The team replied to you” email, which does not contain the message text
Learn more

Networking and meetings

  • Participant directory, opt-out or opt-in, with one-click removal
  • Contact suggestions by topic, with interest kept secret until it is mutual
  • Meetings in person or by video (camera, screen sharing, chat), with a reminder and a rating afterwards
  • Messaging between participants that the organiser does not read unless a message is reported; blocking available

Report, then plan the next one

You review attendance session by session, export what you need and duplicate the event for the next edition. Those who came receive their certificate of attendance and a satisfaction survey, and the results feed into the report.

Replay

Every live stream broadcast through LiveEvent is recorded. You trim it, split it by session, correct and translate its subtitles, and publish it with its summary and chapters.

  • Automatic recording of live streams sent from OBS, vMix or the Studio
  • Frame-accurate trimming, splitting by programme session
  • Automatic subtitles corrected by hand, then translated into the event’s languages
  • Summary and chapters written by the organization’s language model
  • Published to everyone or to signed-in participants, with a searchable transcript
  • Download as MP4, audio only as M4A, subtitles as SRT and VTT
  • Video import up to 30 GB and six hours, scheduled broadcast played like a live stream
Learn more

Statistics and reports

Participants, attendance, satisfaction and site traffic, plus any figures you add yourself. The report goes to your client or your management by link.

  • Twenty-five metrics computed by the database
  • Typed cards: figure, trend, gauge, breakdown, series
  • Site audience with no third-party cookie or IP address
  • Report shared by link, revocable
  • Satisfaction survey sent to the participants who came, its indicators as cards in the report

An assistant that reads your events and prepares drafts, and an MCP server to connect the AI tool of your choice. Neither one publishes or sends anything.

  • Reads the programme, participants and figures
  • Drafts pages, sessions, emails, cards
  • No publishing, no sending, no deleting
  • MCP server: the same registry, your rights

Five roles, from owner to viewer. Each person sees the whole organisation, or only the events you open to them.

  • Owner, administrator, editor, front desk, viewer
  • Scope: the whole organisation or a list of events
  • Features opened or closed by exception
  • Invitation by email, revocable
