Live stream your event from the browser
The Live Studio: camera, screen share, titles, remote guests and interpreters, and streaming to the site, YouTube, LinkedIn or your platform.
What it does
Nothing to install: the control room fits in a browser tab.
- Live sources: camera, microphone, screen share, and guests who join by a simple link.
- Compositions: grid, full frame, picture-in-picture, speaker follow.
- Lower thirds and titles, prepared in advance and sent on air when you choose.
- Streaming to the platform of your choice, and playback on the event site.
- Remote interpreters by link: each hears the Programme output, their voice only goes out on their language, and the visitor picks theirs on the player.
- The Programme recording, ticked by default, is sent to the replay when the live stream ends, where it is trimmed and split by session.
What it does not do
It is a light control room, made for a panel discussion, a filmed plenary or a webinar.
- No multitrack recording: the Studio records the composed picture, which is then trimmed in the replay. Keep the tab open until it is sent to the replay.
- No automatic failover if the network drops. A broadcast depends on the connection of whoever runs the desk, so plan for it.
Frequently asked questions
- Does software need installing?
- No. Everything happens in the browser, including for guests, who only have a link to open.
- Which platforms can it stream to?
- Any platform that accepts an RTMP stream, including YouTube, LinkedIn and Vimeo. The stream gets there through a relay service, which an admin sets up once since it involves an account with that service.
- How many remote guests?
- About five, enough for a panel. Each guest sends their picture to all the others, so beyond that an ordinary connection cannot keep up.
