Online registration for your event

A form with your own questions, a capacity, and a QR code badge sent by email. Free, or paid with ticketing.

What it does

You build the form like the rest of the site: your questions, in your order, with your conditions.

  • Multi-step form, conditional fields, draft restored if the visitor comes back later.
  • Capacity limit, rate limiting and bot protection: an open form does not get filled in by a script.
  • QR badge emailed out, one-click unsubscribe on every send.
  • Export, list sharing by link with a client, and free-standing forms alongside registration.

What it does not do

It covers individual registration, free or paid. Two cases remain outside its scope.

  • No waiting list or manual approval on a paid ticket: nobody pays for a seat that isn’t there.
  • No group registration: each email address registers once per event. To register a team, the organiser imports the list.

Frequently asked questions

Can registration be paid?
Yes. As soon as a ticket is on sale, the form asks for one: a free ticket registers right away, a paid ticket leads to Stripe’s payment page, and the registration is created when the payment arrives, with its badge. The money goes to your organization’s Stripe account.
Can a participant correct their information?
Yes, from their account, and they can also export or erase it without writing to anyone.
What does the badge contain?
A random, unguessable code tied to the registration and the event. That is what the front desk scans, and it is valid for that event only. Printed, the badge also shows what your template places on it: name, company, category, photo.
